When you say “clean folder” what do you mean? Like duplicate the sims 4 folder and delete the other one?

No. It means move the current Sims 4 folder from Documents > Electronic Arts to the desktop and then launch the game and see if the issue still persists. Or rename it. Either way a new clean folder is generated when you launch the game. Thank you so much! I’ll try this
