Re: My community library doesn't work, and never has. How do I fix this?

Are you using the Legacy edition? If so that is why you do not have access to the online gallery. You wont be able to play with newer packs either.

  • I am not using legacy edition, I have some newer packs and they work.

    @gamerismey  Do you see the Gallery option at all in-game, and if so, what happens when you click on it?  Do you have a child account?  EA child accounts don't have access to online features.

    I don't think I got a child account, but am also not sure how to check this. My library in game is in the picture I included in this reply. It is in Dutch though so I'm sorry for that haha

    @gamerismey 

    What you show is the online gallery. So why did you claim that you did not have access to it? Do you have some other problem?

    @gamerismey Hello!  It looks like you just need to enable Online Features in the Game Options menu.  Click on the options button in the main menu or the three dot button in game.

     

    Then choose Game Options from the menu.

    Then select Other and tick the box for Online Features and click Apply Changes in the lower right corner.

  • Hey, I am sorry about my late reply. This is what my "other" section in settings looks like. The option of enabling online features is not there for me unfortunately...

    @gamerismeySince you confirmed that you are not playing the Legacy edition, I believe this can only mean you are playing on a "child" account. Can you double check your account settings?  Maybe check the birth date on your account, just don't post that in here.  If your account should be an adult account then I think the only thing you can do is contact EA support for account help.
