Same exact error code here! Mine started popping up last night when I was going from CAS on a townie back to live mode on the household.
Tried double load, removing mods and repairing.
Ah-ha! I think we got it.
I was able to load another played household, and MCCC (mod/cheat) back to my original household. Last night after the crash I saved the game file from the Map Screen. Here are a few notifications I got when I loaded into Live Mode, perhaps a bug from [mod mention removed]? i clicked the auto-fix and have been playing (fingers crossed!)
