Hi @Lina_Just_Linaa What did you do for a factory reset? Try this: Exit Sims 4 then drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop. Launch Sims 4 and reset your Options. Then pick New.
Hi! I took out my Tray, Mods, and Saves folder and then deleted my Sims 4 file before turning the game back on. Even with a new folder with no mods, saves or trays I am still stuck at the world select screen.
@7thStooge Try a Game Repair, still with that fresh folder that has none of your old content in it.
It worked but as soon as i put a try file or an updated mod or two in the game, I'm stuck on the screen again.
