Did all of that. Sure enough it worked. I just removed every gameplay/script mod out of my mods folder and am now going to put back my saves and cc into their folders and then back into the game and see if it’s still working. Hopefully I’ll be able to play with just my cc and saves in and it’ll still work. I’ll have to just go back through all my script mods and update what I can and wait for updates for the rest
Oddly enough, I thought it would be a script or gameplay mod too but I managed to get all of mine in without the issue occurring again. I've narrowed it down to something in my build buy folder as it's the only folder that causes the residential rental option to disappear.
@sims4maddihehe Awesome! If you do decide to try mods there isn't news about, please do it gradually, and report any issues!
I had the basemental venues list and residental rentals wasn't showing up. Took it out and it reappeared, if you have something like this that may be the culprit.
I did actually!! Omg. I had taken out basement sales mods but missed this one! Thank you!!
Aha! @MrsIdol33 Thank you! Zerbu has updated his Venue Changes, so you could try that one. Always have only ONE venue change mod installed.
Also, just to check, if you use ONLY Base's Venue change, do that break the function? (I expect it does, but need to confirm.)

Yeah, I figured it out too. Sure enough, it's venue related. I had Ksuihuh_Venue List.package in my build buy folder. If its a mod that messes with venues, its a safe bet to remove those and try without them.
