Downloading custom sims

Question

I’ve tried multiple of times over the course of many years to download sims from places like Patreon. Everytime,I download all the custom content and all the tray files.I put the tray files in the tray and the custom content in my mods.I make sure they aren’t in subfolders in both sections.Ive tried to uninstall the ea app,repair the game,search for these sims in my gallery (with custom content selected) but I can never find this sims I have downloaded.Could someone help with this please?

Where are you looking for the Sims? They'll be in your Library, and you'll need to make sure the "include Custom Content" box is checked.

I always look in my library,with custom content checked.I scroll through all of my library top to bottom but they’re never there.

Make sure you've got the right folder, in case you accidentally ended up with a second folder somewhere: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/ &nbsp;
