Yes I am on pc, and I've already tried these cheats to change the neighborhood appearances. Unfortunately, while the footprint does change, the appearance does not immediately change which is what I would like.
- mildalape4 years agoRising Adventurer@XxMissHunnyxX Hello, I have the same issue. Have you managed to resolve it? If so, how did you made the world change? My one is showing lots as green but the world just won’t change. So annoying.
Unfortunately the only solution available has been to enter gameplay mode and enact the modern development neighborhood action plan in each of the three neighborhoods to change the appearance. If I’m remembering correctly, this can be cheated to overrule other votes so it will be guaranteed to pass using testingcheats.on .
In my case, due to the crashing I managed to enter gameplay mode by removing all mods temporarily and only entering lots in evergreen harbor that won’t be affected since they don’t have any cc yet, then I could enact the neighborhood action plans and see the appearance change. After this I could re-add all of my mods to the mods folder and resume building.
However, this is not easy to do with large mod folders. For instance, mine at the time of transfer was about 8 GB, but now is up to 22 GB so this method wouldn’t even be feasible for me to do anymore. Hopefully all of this helps, I wish I could tell you an actual cheat enterable from build mode, but unless there has been a mod created to fix this, I’m unaware.
