Yes - I removed my mods folder and the problem stopped yet I have checked and none of my custom content is broken , I’ve just double checked , unless it’s a mod. But it happened again to one of my sims as they aged up from child to teen. What’s strange is that none of the other sims who aged up have had this problem.

HI, I have this same issue right now, did you find out what was the cause?
I fixed Mine, It is either (or both) CC teeth and EA eyelash remover CC
i don’t have either in my game and i have the same issue did anyone figure out any other cause

yes. i know it’s my cc i just don’t know which one
- @hjw5peo6p42o You'll probably need to do 50/50 method.
The Better Exceptions mod by Twisted Mexi shows Custom Content on a sim. Maybe that will show you what the issue is?
