@b4jii  Your game and packs belong to your EA/Origin account, not your computer.  So you'll be able to download that content again, for free, whenever you're ready.

Your saves and other user-created data are in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, and this folder is NOT saved anywhere on EA servers.  So if you want to preserve this data, you need to do so manually.  You can copy it to a USB stick or upload it to a free filesharing service (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)  I'd strongly suggest zipping the folder before transferring or uploading it to make the folder smaller and also to protect the data.  Right-click and select Send to > Compressed (.zip) file to zip, and right-click and select Extract when you want to use it again.
