Really odd one about "missing option" ..

hello, so i have been doing a mod cul, and i have lost a option (shift click - delete object) now was this a mod or a setting in a mod? i use it all the time but i cant find it now lol. i was tring to delete a mold spot. i only had 3 options, tool, reset and set as head. 

this is probably a really easy thing but i cant remember or figure it out. thanks
