kira_leona_anna Please test with no mods or custom content, as in, move the Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. You don't need to save your progress.
It's also worth deleting accountDataDB.package (in the same Sims 4 folder), as a test. This would remove any interim progress you'd made on the Reaper event tasks (not rewards, just tasks), but it sounds like you haven't been able to start them in the first place.
