i've noticed since the announcement that cc couldn't be hidden permanently behind a paywall there's many content creators who still put their cc as "early access" for sometimes upwards of a year. i know of two patreon content creators whose "early access" content has been hidden behind a $3 paywall for 7 months. is this still being enforced? and if so can i report these people somewhere?
