Save screen stuck & can’t delete items in build mode

I updated all of my mods and had been using my game perfectly fine after the update. I then got the Lovestruck pack and went to build on a lot from the gallery, and when I tried deleting an item, it wouldn’t delete it. I even tried the hammer tool. 

I tried saving my game after just to see what would happen, and it just stayed on the save screen indefinitely. I had to use task manager to leave the game. 

Anyone know what the issue could be? Mod or otherwise?
