Scenario and updating mods?
Now that these scenarios keep coming out, do we have to check for broken mods with every scenario?

The timed scenarios they are unlocking right now are actually already in the game, which is why no update to the game is required. So you shouldn't need to check for any broken mods as long as they were cleared/updated from the last patch which added them. For future situations, since they are adding that delivery service, it's hard to tell but likely they will do something similar of adding in a patch then unlock later.
