Script mods can't even be enabled

Since August, I can't play properly with script mods. If I wanted to use something like TOOL, I could build with it, but I can't go into live mode. Basically only CAS and build mode work is script mods are enabled. To go into live mode it has to be turned off. It doesn't even matter if there aren't any script files in the mods folder, it still won't go into live mode. It loads for a while then kicks you to the select world screen.
