[SD] Need trackers for Self-Care Specialist

Hello!  I've been having some issues with the Self-Care Specialist aspiration from Spa Day. I wasn't sure how to document some of them in bug reports because they are a bit inconsistent.  However, if the Hustle goal and the Maintain a Regular Customer goal had trackers, it might help alleviate some of the problems.  If I notice a specific pattern with regard to issues achieving any of the goals, I will submit a proper bug report.

The Hustle goal currently shows a complete / not complete tracker; i.e. 0/1.  However, the goal is to earn 5,000 Simoleons from Wellness related activities. Similar to other trackers like Fabulously Wealthy, there should be an amount tracker; x / 5000 earned.

The Maintain a Regular Customer goal indicates a sim must execute 10 Wellness services for an individual sim. I imagine this one is a bit tricky since there could be a number of sims involved.  Perhaps a sub-menu could display the number of services provided per sim at any given moment?

Insert table:
X sim = 2/10 services
Y sim = 1/10 services

Z sim = 5/10 services

etc.

At any rate, I wonder if adding these trackers would help to ensure there is proper code written to look for the data that fulfill these goals.
