Second floor not showing stairs,window and door

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Build second floor and cut out room using fence.
What happens when the bug occurs? when looking below on the second floor to first floor, doesn't show stairs,window and door
What do you expect to see? too see stairs,window and door
