Seeking mod to disable Vampire Aspiration on non-vampires

The 'Good Vampire', 'Master Vampire', and 'Vampire Family' Aspirations keep showing up in my game on random townies. Even townies that are Aliens or Spellcasters - so they can't become Vampires without losing their existing occult.

Is there a mod out there anywhere that can block those aspirations from being given to any townie unless that townie is a vampire? Or perhaps auto-change their aspiration the first time I encounter them in game?

Likewise, would love the ability to remove the 'Spellcraft & Sorcery' aspiration from any non-spellcaster.

And remove 'Strangerville Mystery' from any randomly made sim.
