We currently have active dedicated bug report threads opened for several of these bug reports, please review the "Compiled list of reported issues" and select the existing bug report that best describes your issue so you can add your information to that already open thread.
If there isn't an active thread dedicated to each of the bugs you're experiencing in the link above, please go ahead and create a new bug report, one per each individual bug after testing if the issues persist after removing any mods/cc. That way, we can track things easier and provide relevant information regarding the specific bug.
Different issues and bugs take different amounts of dev resources to resolve and can vary wildly in complexity, so some issues may take longer than others to fix.
The eggs spoiling issue was first reported a year ago. Many players have complained about it, we have given our save files too. The reason people keep posting about it repetitively is because it's still not being fixed.
