SIM can't turn TV on

Hi all,

I just bought a wall mounted TV for my Sim, but when I click on it it shows no action that the sim can make to turn it on, I tried putting it on other walls and its still not working,,,,

Could you help please? Many thanks!

    @DianaVio 

    Since the only option is to replace it is broken or electricity is currently off.

    Is your lot Off the Grid?

    I have power and the Tv is new I only started yesterday to play the game.
