SIM can't turn TV on

Hi all, I just bought a wall mounted TV for my Sim, but when I click on it it shows no action that the sim can make to turn it on, I tried putting it on other walls and its still not working,,,, Co...

Since the only option is to replace it is broken or electricity is currently off.

Is your lot Off the Grid?
