Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know.
What happens when the bug occurs? I see a double of my sim in the world although I deleted her from my library after placing her in the world, as I have had this happen before when I left them in my library.
What do you expect to see? No double of my sim appearing anywhere.

I have a sim with two horses living in Chestnut Ridge. I have seen a double of her riding on a double of one of the horses around the world a few times now. I have had doubles of my sims appear before when I have kept them in my library, but I deleted the family from my library after placing them in the world. Is there anything I can do?
