I assume you have Seasons. So, look in the build/buy catalog under electronics for the thermostat. Put it on a wall and then have a sim turn the heat up. You only need one thermostat for the house regardless of the number of floors. In summer, set it for cooler if you start getting the burning up buff. Another way to handle the cold and the heat is to buy the reward traits. There 4 of them, 2 cost 500 points and the other 2 cost 2000 reward points.

My sims keep freezing indoors I have a thermostat and I have a pile of snow inside my home. I have a roof. I don’t understand why. I moved and re did my home and it still keeps happening. I’m playing on a pc
- crinrict2 years agoHero+@Jaiel83 Are you sure there aren't any holes in the ceiling ? Usually if you have snow inside, something isn't properly closed off.
