Sim not saving correctly / changing features in CAS

Whenever I create a sim or load one of my preexisting ones their features completely change. It's not a mod/cc problem as it happens with mods disable. You can see in the left hand corner my sims app...

I have just tried this and it didn’t fix anything. The problem still persists even with no cc too and I’ve repaired the game before

    This is for all Sims and happens on a new Sim created on a fresh save ?

    Could you post some pics without mods/cc ?

      It seems to have fixed it for vanilla thankfully, but is still happening with cc. I've been testing using the 50/50 method and it happens nearly always to skin details/overlays and hairs

      And yes for all sims even on a fresh save. I can't save any sim with cc without their features changing
