I have just tried this and it didn’t fix anything. The problem still persists even with no cc too and I’ve repaired the game before
This is for all Sims and happens on a new Sim created on a fresh save ?
Could you post some pics without mods/cc ?
It seems to have fixed it for vanilla thankfully, but is still happening with cc. I've been testing using the 50/50 method and it happens nearly always to skin details/overlays and hairs
And yes for all sims even on a fresh save. I can't save any sim with cc without their features changing

I have seemed to find the source of the issue. Most of my skin details/overlays and hairs seem to have been corrupted. Redownloading seems to fix it.
