Sim stopping actions

Question

Hi I have a problem with my sim not doing actions. She tries to do it but suddenly stops. At first I thought this is with all my sims and in all worlds. I tried to do some research/investigation and I came to conclusion that it only happens in Mt.Komoebri world but only at&nbsp;2-4-3 Wakabamori plot. I moved my sim to another apartment and now i don't have this issue. I was wondering if anyone have a solving to this problem because i really liked the&nbsp;2-4-3 Wakabamori plot, I'd like my sim to live here but not with those problems...

If you have any cc or mods installed, take them out and test it again. Have you changed the lot at all since your sim moved in there? If you have seasons installed, maybe extreme weather could be causing this. When you click on an action, does your sim begin to walk in the direction that she needs to go? Does any animation play out when the action is stopped, or does a thought bubble show up?
