Similar issue. My sim glitched off her horse. Travelling fixed that problem, but now she can't eat. Tried to reset her, but it didn't work. I have no mods installed, so must be something else.
@Pupilla4321 Please test again after installing yesterday's update (patch 1.99.305). An issue very much like your new one has been fixed:
