@SimGuruModSquad XML Combined Tuning file

I'm coming back after several months away and this is always my first stop. I noticed you provided a tdesc file. Do you no longer provide the combined xml tuning file for us to extract from? I remember at one point in early summer you mentioned possibly not providing it anymore. If this is the case, can you, or anyone, let me know how modders are accomplishing this at the present time? Thanks.

    Ok I noticed a couple of patches back you mention a community tool. I've located it and will give it a go. So never mind I guess.

    Yes, there are community tools to decode binary tuning now so they are no longer provided. See: http://forums.thesims.com/en_US/discussion/843083
