Sims 4 broken after August 1st 2023

Question

I wanted to play with the Sims today, and as I opened my save files they didn't load and all of the lots in every world said "sims cannot live in community lots" even the ones who were residential lots. I thought this problem was occurred by my mods so I took them out, but it didn't help. I tried to repair my game, it didn't help. I tried to remove the thumblocalcache.package file, it didn't help. I tried everything the internet suggested me, can someone please help me?&nbsp;

@HannaxViktor&nbsp;Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

@jpkarlsen It didn't work. I tried to make a new save but once I clicked the checkmark in cas I was stuck there, and I had to restart my pc
