Sims 4 Can't Save And Crashes When I build

Hi Sims 4 Team so I never had a problem with this saving or not being able to build i've updated all my mods and looked for advise anywhere and everywhere. But I start playing and can save then once I open my inventory to sell things the save area was like "wwwwwww" and the sell part has "wwwwwww". And I don't mind then sell something. Then try to save and I can't even open the three dots at all. And when I build it says I'm in build mod build I can't see any items, I can only grab things and when I go back to live mod I can't do anything. Please help I have 4 legacy challenged going on please help!!!!!!!!!!
