Sims 4 CC and The EA App

When I switched to the Ea app, My cc wasn't anywhere in the game. Bald sims and sims in undies and bras, no cc build/buy where it should be. The CAS CC is shown in CAS. Build/ buy items are in the catalog. I do have the issue with cc beds disappearing when placed, but I don't think that's the EA app. I've removed all mods I know are outdated, but I'm still having the issue. Is there a solution other than putting everything back to how it's supposed to be?

    @blackcat991  Have you tried recovering the oldest backup available?  If you've continually saved with your cc missing, even the oldest backup might be affected, but it's worth trying.

    If that doesn't help, then yes, you'll need to reapply all the custom content.

    I have found the game will not read saves with version numbers (0-4). The saves without the number version will be recognized, but one save will not add the CC back. I have found the other saves do have the cc in place. Which is great. Thanks for your help.
