sims 4 cc's wont show up

@89988668  The red X means a file or folder hasn't been and can't be synced with OneDrive; the green check mark mean it has been synced.  Given that OneDrive is apparently full, the best approach would be to disable the automatic syncing of Documents.  Here's how:

You may first need to pause syncing and cancel the current sync:

However, before doing any of this, please make a copy of your Sims 4 folder, the one in your screenshot, and place it somewhere safe.  Ideally it would be on an external drive, but if you don't have one, drop the copy into Downloads. which doesn't get synced with OneDrive.
