Sims 4 exotic pond issue

Hi I have placed the exotic water garden pond in a couple of different worlds but i keep getting the same problem. The sharks, koi and piranha not visible in exotic pond, i can only see the sprites....

    @Celticrose67 If you go to your graphics options, is laptop mode turned on ? If so, could you test if it's the same if you turn it off (turn it back on if you need to to play properly, it's just for checking if that'st the issue)

Yes i play on a windows 11 laptop, i have no mods but i have some cc - clothes, couple plants and some furniture items. I did wonder if the cc was causing the issue but then if that was the case how come the sprites are able to be seen?

    Good afternoon Crin

    Thank you so much for your suggestion, it worked!!! I unticked laptop mode in the graphics reloaded my game and hey presto i have piranha, koi, sharks as well as my sprites 🙂 🙂
