    @kabelzsofi  It sounds very much like the problem is one or more of your mods.  So you'll have to sort through them and figure out which one(s) you need to remove.

    If any one mod causes a problem, please download a fresh copy of a mod known to be compatible with patch 1.97, and one that's used enough that any problems would be widely known (MCCC, UI Cheats, etc.) and test that instead, with no other mods or cc present.  Let me know whether the game still works.

@kabelzsofi  Please remove your entire Mods folder and test.  You don't need to save your progress.  Then let us know what problems, if any, you still see.
