Sims 4 Family won't load going back to world select screen

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 198
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all, no star wars
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am not sure, It dosen't affect all saves
What happens when the bug occurs? game crashes. get error code. I then went into manage worlds and opened up cas and it dosen't look right and when i tried to click and play family it went back to world screen and crashed agin
What do you expect to see? game to go into family and not back to world screen

Even with my mods all removed, the issue still occurs. I have added the pictures of cas and the error file.  I played the sim from infant and they had quite a few milestones that are now gone and I have this issue in another save game as well

sorry sorted the cas promblem it was a mod and i think the sims used a cc playmat as infants as the only two saves i used that mat in went corrupt, i deleted them and my other saves are fine,  thanks for the help.
