Sims 4 flagging all mods as corrupted

Hello, so I'm having a major issue with my game flagging all mods as "corrupted". So, I just got a PC and switched to windows from mac and I was able to transfer my important game files (saves, tray, mods) onto my my new computer. The issue comes when I put my mods folder into the new sims 4 folder. I tried opening my game and I wasn't able to play due to a so called "corrupted" file. In turn, I immediately search through my mods folder, delete the mod and continue on trying to open my game. And of course, I cannot open the game because of that same exact "corrupted" file I just deleted. I try moving over my sims folder to my desk top then repair my game and continue on to try and open the game with no mods. It works perfectly. So, I feel with the now deleted file and repaired game I can play. Nope. A new "corrupted" file appears. I continue this process with 5 different "corrupted" mods with the same outcome. Finally, I try it with a mod I know isn't corrupted, Basemental. What do ya' know, its also flagged as "corrupted" and prevents me from playing. So, I've figured out my game works with no mods however, any mod I try to enter into my mods folder is flagged as corrupted. Is anyone else having this issue or knows how to solve it? Please help me I just want to play my game.
