Sims 4 For Rent, Sims directly disappear on rental lots in common areas

HI @Gonros Are you playing with any mods or CC in your Mods folder? If so, see what happens after you drag that folder to your desktop and delete localthumbcache. (Don't save, though! Or test in a new game.)

Hello, no I don't play with any mods or CC. I also deleted the cach folders and repaired the game. The problem still exists.

I tested a new game, it works there, but not perfect, sometimes Sims also disappear.

The problem happened suddenly. Everytime I visit my or someone else rental lot, Sims who are not from the household I visit go to the lot border and disappear or just disappear on the last place they stay. I also can't interact with the Sims who disappear.

I don't want to lose my savegame ;(

Hi @Gonros Could you please try a clean folder? This goes one step beyond clearing cache. Exit Sims 4 then drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop. Launch Sims 4 and reset your Options. Then try a new save. After that, we can start putting your older content back in the new folders to test.

Hi @luthienrising I tried your options, but the same thing happened with the new folder.

For example I build up a unit with 6 households, only the household I visit stays.

The other Sims just disappear.

That means the lots looks empty, because no one uses the common areas.

Mhmmm I don't now what to do.

It would be interesting if someone else has the same problem or similar problem.

@Gonros Since it's happening in a clean folder (one you put nothing back into), I think you can make a report in Bug Reports . They might want to look at a save file from you. They might also ask you to uninstall and reinstall, so you could consider doing that first.

Did you do a game repair ?

Are these your active Sims or do you travel with NPC Sims ? 

Hi yes also repaired the Game.

The Sims who disappear are no active Sims/ no active household.

For example as a property owner, I visit one unit on a lot, the Sims from the loaded unit uses object like normal, also common rooms. When I now visit another unit on the same lot, Sims from the previous unit who stay in common rooms are still there but short time after they will leave the lot and disappear or disappear directly.

Its hard to explain.

As an information: In the Video are horses, but also happens to households without horses (only Sims).
