Sims 4 game crashing after exiting cas

@MarinaRose Please try a new user folder test, in a new save. You'll still have your old stuff available to put back: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2014/09/resetting-the-game-to-factory-settings-without-reinstalling/
If that fails, please also let me know
- whether you're on Windows or a Mac
- if you have Reshade or Gshade
- if you have tried a Game Repair through the EA App yet

- if you're set up in DX11 (if you're a Windows player) or DX9
thats what i did i just tried again and it crashed, i have gshade, and i think im DX11 and im on windows
@MarinaRose If you switch to DX9 does it crash?
@MarinaRose Can we get one other thing for you too? We'd like a lastcrash report. First delete any you already have, then go through the annoying process of crashing again.
