Sims 4 Get Famous Gig Empty Lot
When my sim goes to an actor gig the lot is empty with nowhere for make-up to be done etc or to complete the gig?

Sounds like the save has an issue. To figure out if it is just that save or the game itself, try playing an actor in a new save with no mods or cc and see if the problem still happens. Another thing you can try is repair the game and see if that helps.
