Sims 4 Granite Falls map is not showing any lots and is unplayable.

I installed Granite Falls game pack around two weeks and tried playing it last night. I have the items that come with the pack and can visit the world. The issue is that when visiting the world there are no lots that I can rent or play with. I figured I could just build my own but then realized that I can't because there are not lots to build on. I can just hover over the area and it will be highlighted but I can't actually click on anything. I uninstalled my game and installed it again. I repaired the game. I talked to EA customer service and did what they told me to do until we were disconnected and I keep having the same issue. Any ideas as to what is wrong or what I can do?

    @severinwandererIt is a post from November 2020., and they did explain what they did, just not all the steps. And the support is not invisible, they have a full page dedicated on contact options. This is also a mod related issue, and you need to test which one. There is a chance that your current save file is affected, so you may need to revert to a previous save. https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2014/09/recover-backup-save-game/

    I have few minor mods but they are not affecting the worlds

    I do have mods, but I removed my entire mods folder, reinstalled the app and all the other content, and it still showed as a map with no lots. I even repurchased the Outdoor Retreat module, to see if perhaps my files were somehow corrupted, but that only made the matter worse. Now the game shows that I do not even own the module, never mind having paid for it twice. I do have the lilMsSam mod MoreBuyableVenues installed, and I have tried removing it, but it does not change the state of the Outdoor Retreat module. I'm at my wits' end with this.
