Sims 4 keeps crashing when I click on 'New game'

Hi! After I installed some CC for eyes and hair, my game crashes when I click on 'New game'. Whenever this happens, I get an error notification from the Sims Delivery. And for some reason, 'Enable Custom Content And Mods' is disabled. I think it might be a broken mod, but I'm not so sure.

My game still crashes for some reason, and I followed all of the steps.

@Veryemo7 In that case, the next thing to try is a complete reinstall. And if that still doesn't solve your issue, head to PC or Mac technical support, as this isn't mod/CC related. The links are in https://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/ct-p/the-sims-4-en
