sims 4 mod folder missing

Question

I don't have a mods folder in my sims4 file.

I was trying it download cc when I noticed that there wasn't a mods folder, I tried looking up ways to fix it, I couldn't find anything that would work, I probably just didn't look hard enough. Does anyone have any tips on how to fix this, also I don't want to uninstall the sims4 but if I have to I will.

@oraleaha  Are you looking the sims folder in documents ?Do you have mods/cc enabled in the options ? It's possible that the folder isn't created if you have that turned off.
