Sims 4 not working properly after update and turning on cc

@juliaahww   You can remove the custom content manually: move your Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package.  Make sure the game works, then you can start adding back your cc and testing.  The 50/50 method is the fastest way to sort through a large number of files:
