Sims 4 not working
My sims 4 wont allow me to create a new character, I’ve updated the game and tried all sorts to fix it but it wont, when pressing on new character its stuck on a white screen.

befanny2003 If you use mods or custom content, please see the accepted solution of this thread for a list of mods known to cause this issue:
Some mods or cc not on the list may also be broken, so be sure to test everything.
If you don't use mods or cc, or removing the entire Mods folder doesn't help, please try the suggestions in this thread:
