Sims 4 PgUp and PgDn Keys Stopped Working

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In Build Mode
What happens when the bug occurs? Does not allow me to use shortcut keys PgUp and PgDn to go to different floors
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the PgUp and PgDn keys working properly since everything else is fine
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I pressed Shift + Tab for First Person Mode and after using it my PgUp and PgDn keys stopped working

Was playing my game yesterday in build mode ( I pressed Shift + Tab ) and went into First Person Mode and after doing so my keys PgUp and PgDn stopped working. Anyone know how to fix this? Also this is my first time posting here so I apologize if I didn't do some things correctly.
