Okay, for me, I just had to make sure all my mods were synced to iCloud, and then it worked

Kkait9080 mekelley25 Please test in a new user folder:

Drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop.
Launch Sims 4. You should get no list of mods on launch, and you should have no option to load a previous save. Reset your Options.
Start with New to make a test save.
Exit and add one mod file to the newly created folder. I recommend freshly downloading a recent mod/CC item.

Yes, I've been doing this. I was slowly adding mods back, and it was working, but it suddenly stopped. All the mods that I was slowly adding and checking now don't work
