Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? everytime I try to play the sims 4 game
What happens when the bug occurs? game tries to launch and fails
What do you expect to see? my game launch and i happily play the sims
sims won't launch either from icon or EA App tried repairing game attempts to load but then returns to EA app and nothing. hours and money invested in this game is wasted. since i downloaded and installed the green house kit and the recent update in April i have been having this issue. I have managed to start game with mods folder removed. but the game is lacking without them (lets be honest!) haven't had a launch issue like this with origin mods or not mods. I have played this game since release and now cant even play the new kit i paid for.
