sims 4 words change

hi, I have a problem with my sims 4 game and I'm not sure what to do, the words on my game has changed for example on the home page where it usually says 'Packs" now it says 'women", in cas when I open the library instead of sims , or build it says view and quantity. theres also me in game. please help

    @ruzilsa How odd! Do you have any mods or CC? If so, test without them to see if that's a cause here. Drag the Mods folder to your desktop and delete the file called localthumbcache, then reload the game.
