@Dummy_Anika Does your computer run Windows or macOS? Is OneDrive or iCloud Drive, respectively, running, and do you see any Sims 4 data there?
I'm on windows 11, all of my sims 4 files are in my one drive, including all of my mods.

@Dummy_Anika Please find the full file path to the Sims 4 folder the game is reading, as described here:
https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/
Compare that to the location of your saves and mods. If the two don't match, that's the issue, and you'll need to move the files to the folder the game uses.
If the file paths match, please post a screnshot of the contents of the saves folder, as in, I'd like to see the list of files.

Both file paths match up, and both mod folders contain the same mods. Is this what you wanted to see?

@Dummy_Anika I actually wanted to see the contents of the saves folder, not the Mods folder, as it's easier to spot issues with save files than with mods.
It's also impossible to see the full file path in the screenshots you've posted. I know you said the paths match, but it makes it easier to describe what to do (if anything) when I can see the full paths. You could write out the path for each screenshot, or just expand the File Explorer window to the right to prevent the search field from cutting off the file path.
