Sims action for woohoo/try for baby not accepting

Hey,  Ive read posts about this issue. But none really say what fixed the issue! I have two sims that when selected to woohoo/try for baby ask each other heart ++ appears above them then they do not...

@raaguu Since you have mods, start by testing without them to find out if mods are your issue.  Drag the Mods folder to the desktop, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
